2. Pay safely and easily with a VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or Diners card.

Voucher Templates: Are there different voucher templates?
Yes. You can choose from a variety of voucher templates depending on the occasion or theme.
Greeting text: Is it possible to enter your own greeting text in the voucher?
Yes. Once you choose a voucher template, you can write your own greeting card content.
Methods of payment: How can I pay for gift vouchers?
You can pay safely and easily using your VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or Diners card. An R1 invoice for VAT purposes cannot be issued to purchase vouchers.
Charges: How much are the shipping and delivery charges?
For gift vouchers that can be printed or sent by e-mail after the order has been placed, there are no shipping or delivery charges.
Delivery: How are vouchers delivered?
You can print the gift vouchers yourself after completing the ordering process. You will also receive an e-mail from us with your voucher (in PDF).
USING VOUCHERS
Redeeming the voucher: Where can I use gift vouchers?
Vouchers can be used to book accommodation on the www.valamar.com. Details can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
Partial use of the voucher: Is it possible to partially use the gift voucher?
No, the price of the reservation must be at least equal to or greater than the value of the gift voucher. When booking accommodation, only a single voucher code can be used.
Validity: When do the vouchers expire?
The voucher can be used up to 12 months from its receipt, and is valid for all reservations within 24 months from its receipt.
